Keep it plugged in. The first time a new keyboard is set up takes a little longer.

Finish an interrupted update
If an update got interrupted, the keyboard plays dead until it's power-cycled. It might not show up at all until you do the following:
- Unplug the keyboard and plug it back in after 3 seconds.
- Click the “Find and finish update” button on this page.
- Then click “USB KEYBOARD BOOT” in the browser pop-up.
You can't permanently kill it this way. An interrupted update can always be run again.
